A holiday destination where curious minds can explore artisan skills and slow living, in a permaculture setting.
Craft and agricultural productions
At the crossroads of manual skills and attention to nature, Chez Ga-L's products will combine craftsmanship and small-scale agriculture. Ceramics, cold-process soaps, jams, herbal teas, eggs, berries... each product will be designed to be beautiful, useful, and local. Nothing is standardized: everything is made by hand, with care, according to the seasons and desires .
The Blog
Je poste quand je trouve le temps, que je vois quelque chose à partager ou que j'ai quelque chose à dire ; pas de planning figé. Le blog aura pour but de résumer les publications sur les différentes plateformes, idéalement mensuellement sinon saisonnièrement.

The animals are not mere "presences"; they are integral to the welcoming and gentle cohabitation project.
Each species was chosen for its ecological, emotional, or nourishing role:
